The Pirate Journal Part 2

And on we go! Our voyage is under way!

Today was a much better Day 1 than yesterday.

For someone who has fasted soooo many times, I'm surprised its so hard right now! Still, today was passable. Only had broth and low carb sport drink and a protein shake all day. Ran a couple of miles. Then at night, did socially crack and have a few bites of food. Not perfect, but a hell of a lot closer than yesterday.

Reviewing the first voyage of the Pirate Journal, I think it's funny. I really did know my shit. And I spent a lot of the time serving up delicious tips and tricks for being and staying slim. Fairly healthy too. I KNOW how to do it. That brings me to the more useful purpose of this blog. Answering the motivation questions. If I know what is best, why don't I do it? Why am I my worst enemy rather than my best friend?

We're going to get psychological up in this bitch... as well as my general progress and personal stuff.

So there it is.
