Then and Now

I supposedly went "healthy" for 3 years.

I don't think it was healthy AT ALL! Reading back my old blog is really painful. I was doing so well. I feel like I became complacent. And the people in my life lulled me into a false sense of security.

"HEALTHY"...

"Healthy" seems to mean ignoring my ED and letting it pound (lb.) me into an early grave.

There is nothing HEALTHY about that!

Compare my posts from EXACTLY 4 years ago. I was doing so much better than now. My self control right now is in the shitter. I was doing well this morning, but then I ate some licorice and kettle chips. And the sweets made me so hungry a few hours later. So I had about 150 worth of heart of palm and seaweed snacks. Which is not so bad... but the junk! WHY?!

The answer is people. I was offered and don't know how to say no. FML.

Anyway, I'm really disappointed in myself. I was doing so well last time around. I should never have stopped short of my GW. Lesson learned.

I WILL NOT STOP SHORT OF MY GW.

4 years and 1 month in the past I did a Master Cleanse.
Still good advice.
Perhaps I'll start another.

Afterward I did a water fast... I remember that one sucking. I got sick after it and won't be repeating that again. But I do mean it... 2/3 liquid meals per day MINIMUM until this fat is off me.

I think I'll follow in my own footsteps and start a pre-Birthday fastravaganza!
